Longtime Hamilton Resident, Devoted Dad Hever Samayoa Dies At 26 Longtime Hamilton resident and dedicated dad Hever Estuardo Samayoa died Sunday, April 16 at his home aged 26. Born in Chiquimula, Guatemala, Hever was a longtime resident of the Hamilton community, his obituary says. Hever enjoyed playing soccer, shooting pool, and working out. He also loved to show off his breakdancing skills for his many friends and family members. Above all, Hever embraced his role as a devoted dad and doted on his daughter, Richelly Samayoa, his memorial says. All Amtrak trains were stopped between New York Penn Station and Philadelphia, with delays of up to 45 minutes reported for NJT.  Trains were in motion as of 7:30, but until then, commuters took to Twitter to vent — specifically on Amtrak's post announcing the outage that caused the standstill. 6 Nabbed In Pompton River Clam-Harvesting Operation Six people were nabbed in a high-volume clam harvesting operation on the Pompton River, authorities said. New Jersey Conservation Lt. Sutton witnessed a man and woman actively harvesting clams during an August 2 patrol in Pequannock Township, the department said in a release Monday. The pair were asked to exit the river before the officer saw the woman sink several bags of clams to the bottom of the water, police said.
