The break-ins occurred throughout Secaucus and all the vehicles were unlocked, police said. He was charged with numerous counts of conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit theft, burglary and theft, police said. He was issued a juvenile complaint summons and released into custody of an adult, police said.
