Police in Newark are seeking the man who was captured on surveillance footage stealing a woman's purse, containing $3,000. It happened around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, as the woman tried to enter her apartment building on 13th Avenue in Newark, police said. The man can be seen standing idly, before snatching the woman's bag, which contained $2,800 worth of money orders and $200 in cash, police said. Suspect Nabbed In Morris County Dirt Bike Burglary Totaling More Than $15K
A suspect has been arrested and charged in connection with an overnight dirt bike burglary in Morris County totaling more than $15,000, authorities said. Denzel Johnson, 28, was identified as the suspect in a burglary of a secured structure behind a Florham Park home that occurred during the overnight hours in late April, police said in a Facebook post. Thief Steals Pizza Delivery Car When Driver Runs Inside: Bloomfield PD
Police in Bloomfield are seeking the public's help locating a man who stole a pizza deliveryman's car. The Vinnie's Pizza driver left the blue Chevy Malibu unlocked and running as he went inside the Broad Street eatery, with the key fob on March 17, police said. When he returned, the vehicle was gone. The landlord provided surveillance footage of the incident/suspect. This incident is under investigation.

Elizabeth Man Arrested In Essex County Burglaries
An Elizabeth man wanted for a pair of burglaries in Essex County was arrested in a motor vehicle stop, authorities said. Sean Crotty, 37, was taken into custody May 28 -- six days after breaking into a pizzeria on Washington Street in Bloomfield, Public Safety Director Sam DeMaio said.
