Man On Bike Struck, Seriously Injured In Union A man who was riding a bike Wednesday morning was struck by a car in Union, police said.  The victim, 35-year-old Marat Kurbanov of Newark, was struck in the 2000 block of Rt. 22 west around 10:29 a.m., police said. He was hit by the Nissan Versa while crossing from the Volkswagen dealership to the Work N Gear in the highway's center median, police said.  He was rushed to University Hospital with serious injuries, police also said.
