Union Man Admits He Had Guns, Drugs When Stopped By Police A 41-year-old Union resident pleaded guilty to multiple federal weapons and drug offenses stemming from his arrest by township police last year, the U.S. Attorney's Office said Wednesday.  Police obtained a warrant for Quadir Allen's arrest after he fled from a motor vehicle stop early last year. When police stopped him again on Jan. 31, 2018, they found a handgun on the front passenger seat of his vehicle.
