Pair Of Teen Porch Pirates Arrested In Roselle Park, Police Say

Two borough youths were charged in connection with a recent series of package thefts, Roselle Park police said Thursday.

The pair, aged 13 and 14, were arrested following reported thefts of items that had been delivered to homes between March 27 and 30. Detective Gregory Polakoski conducted the investigation, which also involved packages that had been opened as well as taken.

Some of the stolen items were found, police also said.

The teens were charged with theft and released pending an appearance in family court.
