Water Main Breaks Close Major Bergen County Roadways

Two water main breaks were reported in two Bergen County towns Thursday night, Dec. 26.

12/26/2024 10:15 p.m.

According to the NJDOT site, the first was reported in Ridgefield Park, closing all lanes of Route 46 east of the Hackensack River Bridge. The other was reported in Leonia along Grand Avenue south of Fort Lee Road.

All lanes were closed in both areas as of 10:15 p.m.
