Scott Lieberman, a 61-year-old businessman, was driving a brand-new Ferrari that T-boned an SUV in Teaneck on June 25, killing retired teacher Albert Schnellbacher, Teaneck police said in an accident report at the time. The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Fatal Accident Unit is investigating the June 25 crash that killed Albert Schnellbacher of Bergenfield (inset above). The woman apparently lost control of the Ford on Windsor Road across from the Benjamin Franklin Middle School and it slammed into the post around 12:45 p.m., Battalion Chief Paul Kearns said.
