New Owners Of The Cottage Bar Have Message For Longtime Customers It took months for Anabella Sol Cavagliato and Jorge Mora to gain the trust of patrons after opening In The Drink. The owner of a nearby deli expressed interest in buying The Cottage Bar for quite some time, Dawson said. So, he sold it to him and his wife. Dawson said the couple plans on opening next month as Pub 178, an homage to the street address.
