But not everyone instantly sees her as she crosses busy Cedar Lane. Concerned for Mare's safety, members of Teaneck PBA Local #215 gave her a reflective vest and winter coat. How You Can Help Teaneck Family That Lost Everything In Neighbors' Fire TEANECK, N.J. -- As authorities excavated an elderly Teaneck couple's remains from the wreckage following a fire Sunday, their next door neighbors packed what was left of their belongings into their minivan to find temporary shelter.
