Doujon Duwayne Griffiths, 23, who had been wanted in Orange County, Florida since September 2021 for killing 20-year-old Massania Malcom and leaving her 1-year-old daughter to die in a hot car, was recently arrested in Linden following a traffic stop, the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Central Florida said. An Atlantic County volunteer fire department is asking for help after its assistant fire chief was severely injured in an oil refinery explosion. The Milmay Volunteer Fire Company said it happened while Michael Black was battling a fire at his career firefighting job at the Phillips 66 refinery in Linden. Former New York Jets pass rusher Muhammad Wilkerson was busted for driving drunk in North Jersey again, only this time with a loaded gun under his seat, according to a published report. 'Disturbing' Video Of Linden High School Students Probed By Police
Police in Linden are investigating a video showing a brutal attack on a teen boy. The "disturbing" video began circulating online sometime after the 7:30 a.m. incident on Thursday, Sept. 13 at the Speedway station on W. St. George Avenue, police said. A New Jersey auto repair shop owner who gambled on horse races has to serve a year and a day in federal prison for not ponying up to the IRS, authorities said. Two children and two adults were killed in what authorities are calling a murder-suicide Sunday, Feb. 19 in Linden. A large police presence was called to Chatham Place around 9:30 a.m., where the one child and two adults were pronounced dead, Linden police said. Shots Fired Outside Linden Movie Theater
A gunman fired shots at a Linden shopping center Monday, Oct. 10, local police said. Photos from the scene show police had taped off the area around the AMC Theater in the Aviation Shopping Plaza sometime after 4:15 p.m. Responding officers found multiple casings in the area.
