U.S. Navy Veteran Jonathan Garcia Of Palisades Park Dies, 33 U.S. Navy veteran Jonathan Garcia of Palisades Park died on April 27. He was 33 years old. He was remembered by friends and family as being a kind-hearted, free-spirited man who would do anything for those he loved.  Jonathan was a Navy veteran who served our country proudly during the Iraq War. Visitation is 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 3 at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home in Paramus. A funeral service will begin at 9 a.m. May 4 at the funeral home, followed by a 1 p.m. funeral Mass at  St. Michael R.C. Church in Palisades Park.  Burial is private. Jonathan is survived by h…
