Graze Craze, known for its artfully crafted charcuterie spreads, has opened at 160 Terrace Street in Haworth. A Bergen County native with a knack for entertaining is bringing a handmade charcuterie board shop to the area. Dylan Elias, 23, will open PlatedByD, on Main Street in Lodi come Nov. 1.
