Rutherford PBA Members Donning Superhero Garb For Benefit Run RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Befitting their image in the community, Rutherford police officers will dress in spandex and capes as part of the Rutherford PBA Halloween Foot Pursuit 5K and 1-mile run.
