TEANECK, N.J. — Two decades after a Teaneck woman and her boyfriend were killed in a suicide bombing in Jerusalem, loved ones remain caught in a legal battle attempting to secure $327 million from the Iranian government, the Hartford Courant reports.
Then-22-year old Sara Duker was dating Matthew Eisenfeld of West Hartford, Conn. when the couple was killed in a 1996 bombing that left 26 people dead.
Their families won the 2000 judgment in US. District Court but have yet to collect the money, the Courant says.
