"Two Worlds Exist" is Yehoshua November's second book. His first compilation, "God's Optimism," was a finalist in the LA Times Book Prize.

His work has also been featured in The New York Times, The Sun and on NPR's The Writer's Almanac.

"[The book] meditates on illness and the tragic loss of loved ones — and the questions of faith these events give rise to," said November, who teaches writing at Rutgers University and Touro College.

"There is also a section of love poems for my wife toward the middle of the book.

"I believe that, thematically, 'Two Worlds Exist' is quite different from my first collection, which did not take on these difficult topics to the same extent."
