Maryland Dentist Charged With Killing Patient Turned Lover Who OD'd In His Care (Details) A Germantown oral surgeon has been arrested and charged with killing a woman with whom he was romantically involved and was giving prescription drugs, authorities said.  Dr. James Ryan was arrested and charged with the second-degree murder of Sarah Harris, 25, on Tuesday, March 22, Montgomery County Police said. Harris fatally overdosed after being given controlled substances, including Propofol, by Dr. Ryan on January 26, 2022, police said. Madison PD: Bronx Man Tried Filling Bogus Prescriptions, Had Weapon, Gave Officers Fake Name A 19-year-old New York man gave police a fake name and had a weapon on him while being taken into custody after attempting to pick up bogus prescriptions he had filled at a Morris County pharmacy, said authorities who charged him. Police received a tip that a man tried getting bogus prescriptions for several medications filled last Dec. 12, at the Walgreen's Pharmacy on Main Street, Madison Police Chief Chief Darren P.
