Essex County Doc Who Overprescribed Pills Forfeits Practice: State AG
An Essex County doctor has been forced to give up his practice after the state charged him with indiscriminately prescribing high volumes of controlled dangerous substances to patients he treated for addiction. Dr. Marc Watson, a vascular surgeon who had a practice in Cedar Grove, prescribed high volumes of stimulants, narcotics and depressants without sufficient medical justification, Attorney General Matthew J. A stop sign obscured by overgrown shrubs or trees is being blamed for causing the crash that killed a 15-year-old boy in Salem County, according to a lawsuit filed by his estate. Evan F. A New Jersey man has filed a lawsuit against Dunkin' Donuts alleging he was seriously burned by "excessively hot" coffee in 2022. Phillip Sgroi says in the suit filed in Middlesex County Superior Court that he was at a Madison (Morris County) location on Feb. 11, 2022, when he purchased his beverage. North Jersey Daycare Damaged By Flooding Sees Community Support
A New Jersey daycare that has always been there for people in need now needs help of its own. Last week, the Westside Infant Daycare in Englewood at 192 West Demarest Ave. suffered severe damage in flood. The flood destroyed cribs, toys, books and furniture and the daycare remains closed.
