Rutgers Law School Grad Nominated To Succeed Sheila Oliver In Major Role Gov. Phil Murphy has nominated Rutgers law school graduate Jacquelyn Suárez to step in as Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs after Sheila Y. Oliver’s unexpected death last month. Saudino Says He Hasn't Resigned Yet, Even Though He, Undersheriffs Turned In Guns, Badges, Cars Bergen County Sheriff Michael Saudino claimed Friday that neither he nor his undersheriffs had officially resigned, even though they all surrendered their guns, badges and vehicles last weekend.
