Man Tried To Bring Smoke Grenades Onto Newark Flight: TSA A man tried to bring a half-dozen smoke grenades with him on a flight from Newark Liberty International Airport to the Dominican Republican, the Transportation Security Administration said.  The man, who was not identified, was stopped Sunday after something suspicious was spotted in his carry-on bag by a TSA agent operating an X-ray machine.
