$13.4 Million Merger Brings Massive Beachfront Resort To Jersey Shore Madison Resorts will open the largest resort in Cape May County next year, officials announced. Madison Resorts has purchased the Royal Hawaiian in Wildwood Crest for $13.4 million and will invest another $7 million for renovations. The Royal Hawaiian property will be united with the former Oceanview Motel next door which has been under construction since earlier this year. Together, the resort will offer more than 200 rooms, three restaurants, two pools, five conference rooms and two rooftop event spaces.
