Brand New Apartments, Retail Space Approved In $6M Paterson Project PATERSON, N.J. — A $6 million construction project will soon begin in Paterson, NorthJersey.com reports. The planning board approved the construction of a four-story building that includes more than 65 new apartments and space for three retail businesses at street-level, the article says. The work is being done by Jersey City's Novus Equities, which already has several other projects going in Passaic, Paterson, Jersey City, East Orange, Irvington and Elizabeth, its website says.
