Rutherford's Popular Sabor Peru Relocating To Caldwell
A popular Latin-American restaurant in Rutherford will be relocating to Caldwell in May or June. Sabor Peru, owned by Ani and Horacio Tlatelpa, announced it will be hiring all new kitchen staff, bus boys/girls and wait staff ahead of the move. The eatery has been a favorite among locals since opening in 2007 on Highland Cross and has become well-known for its Tacu Tacu -- rice and bean pancake with fried yuca, plantains, and chicken.
