Popular Newark Dominican Restaurant Opens Clifton Location A popular Dominican eatery in Newark has expanded with a Clifton location. El Mangu Express is now open on Bloomfield Avenue. The restaurant appears to have replaced a bagel and pizza joint. The restaurant offers Spanish-American food with a Dominican touch, its Facebook page says.
