Bronxville Elementary School First-Graders Reenact Folktales and Fables BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Bronxville Elementary School first-graders brought the folktales and fables they've been reading in class to life when they worked with Rachel Berger, programs director for the Play Group Theatre, to act out emotions and plots from the different stories. As part of the lesson, the students created their own puppets out of paper bags and gave each of their characters a name and defining traits.
