Former DePaul Wrestler David McFadden Earns ACC Freshman Of The Year Award

WAYNE, N.J. -- A two-time state champion wrestler and 2015 DePaul graduate was named ACC Freshman of the Year his first season at Virginia Tech, reports nj.com.

David McFadden finished with a record of 27-11 and was the No. 14 seed at the NCAA Championships, reports nj.com.

He finished sixth-place finish at 165 pounds, reports nj.com.
