The format of the lesson included opportunities for hands-on learning and working together in groups. Students, through the use of diagrams and inquiry learned the seven most important internal parts of a desktop computer as well as the names of the ports and their functions.
Students were charged with naming the parts with post-its within a time frame and figuring out how to create a new case for the computers completely out of Legos.
