Anastasya Varvayuk, 29, forged a Superior Court judge's signature to make the documents appear genuine, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said in a news release.

Varvayuk, who Valdes said isn't a licensed attorney, operated from Empire Multi Services on Main Avenue.

She was arrested on charges of practicing law without a license and forgery following an investigation by Valdes' Financial Crimes Unit.
