Darryl Williamson, 42, also used credit cards stolen from vehicles during a $3,000 shopping spree at Victoria’s Secret, Old Navy and a mall kiosk, Capt. Laurence Martin said.

Officers responded to a trespasser call from a mall security officer who gave them a form signed by Williamson forbidding him from being there, Martin said.

They took custody of Williamson, who also had an outstanding warrant from Rutherford, the captain said.

Williamson was released on court summons charging him with motor vehicle burglary, forgery, credit card theft, fraudulent use of credit cards and wrongful impersonation.
