PAPD officers stopped Rodger Burnett, 34, of Bayshore, on the Manhattan side at 4:30 p.m. when he tried driving his Chevy truck through a “No trucks” entrance, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said this morning.

He was arrested after a records check showed his license suspended in New York a dozen times on six different dates, he said.

At 8:40 p.m., officers stopped Juan Nieto, 31, of Paterson — also for trying to use the wrong entrance.

His license had been suspended six times, Pentangelo said.

What’s more, Nieto had an active warrant out of Eastchester, NY, for a previous suspended license charge, he said.

Both were charged with being unlicensed operators and disregarding traffic controls.

Burnett also was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
