Oh, a 41-year-old Canada native who lives in Harrington Park, has collected a stack of summonses for, among other offenses, not inspecting his vehicle, not having a driver’s license or registration and, last week, not wearing a seat belt, according to court records.
Police say that Oh (photo above), a real estate investor with a petty-criminal past, has used aliases that include Roger Oh, Burton Oh and Roderick Ho.
During the past two months, records show, he’s been ticketed in:
- Cresskill
- Closter
- Demarest
- Emerson
- Englewood
- River Vale
- Teaneck
It’s happened before: Oh was caught by police in his own town for driving while suspended six years ago.
He already had minor drug offenses on his record when he was arrested two years ago on charges of illegally accessing his former business partner’s account to delete emails and send damaging messages.
The disposition of that case couldn’t immediately be determined this morning.
Then there’s the matter of the traffic tickets.
Oh’s troubles won’t be done once he makes good on the outstanding summonses in Bergen County, however.
He has a separate charge to answer in Paterson, as well.
