YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Speeding tickets and other summonses were being issued to a car service driver whose sedan struck a Jeep, pushing it into a third vehicle and flipping it, following a crash on Route 208 last night, Fair Lawn police told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Two women were hospitalized — neither with serious injuries. One had a cut on the back of her head, while the other complained of body-wide aches and pains.

The crash just before 10 p.m. near McBride Avenue knocked off the rear axle and a back tire of the Jeep.

Fair Lawn Rescue 1 and 2, Fire Department trucks 1 and 2, Fair Lawn EMS and a Valley Hospital Mobile Intensive Care Unit responded.

A Hawthorne resident who was in one of three vehicles got a ride home from a Hawthorne police unit that responded to the call.
