Michael Stradford, 43, was wearing the same clothing he had on during yesterday’s assault, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo said this afternoon.

He was arrested without incident on charges of assault and weapons possession, Pentangelo said, adding that NJ Transit police had issued an arrest warrant for Stradford for theft of services.
