Yvette Wimberly, 44, was accused of selling the fake cards from March 2014 to October 2015, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said on Monday.

The cards looked real but had fake signatures and other false information, Valdes said.

The indictment followed a six-month investigation by the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office Insurance Fraud Unit, she said.
