Working from a tip, detectives from the county Narcotics Task Force targeted Francisco Fernandez, 28 (above, left), and 29-year-old Rafael Otero, who Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said were selling drugs in Bergen and Passaic counties.

Detectives stopped both of them and two other men in Paramus after “observing activites consistent with drug distribution” while following them Wednesday, the prosecutor said.

They released the two others — identified as Ivan Aranceta and Ramon Then.

Fernandez, meanwhile, was charged with possession with the intent to distribute both the Molly and the cocaine. Otero was charged with possession with the intent to distribute the Molly.

Fernandez was being held on $75,000 bail and Otero $50,000 in the Bergen County Jail.
