Paterson man charged in Fair Lawn restaurant break-in

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Fair Lawn detectives today arrested a Paterson ex-con who they said smashed his way into a local restaurant and fled with $250.

Kabir Nunnally, 46, was taken into custody by Detectives Paul Donohue, Mark Roskowsky, David Boone and Detective Lt. Michael Uttel after they identified him from surveillance video of the overnight break-in Monday at the Green Dragon on Fair Lawn Avenue.

Nunnally had broken in through a side window, Sgt. Brian Metzler said.

He was being held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
