Paterson Drug Raid Yields Heroin, Arrests

PATERSON, N.J. -- A drug raid earlier this week by the Paterson Police Narcotics Unit yielded two arrests, more than 1,000 envelopes of heroin and a loaded handgun, according to nj.com.

Police arrested Paterson residents Floyd Bynum, 33, and Jullius McCutchen after Bynum allegedly sold 500 envelopes of heroin to McCutchen, reported nj.com.

Bynum had another 500 envelopes of heroin and a bag of marijuana, police said in the story. McCutchen allegedly had a large amount of heroin and a loaded Glock 9mm handgun with hollow-point bullets, the story said.

Both men face multiple drug charges. McCutchen also was charged with possession of a stolen handgun, said nj.com.
