No Issues From Wayne Water Main Break Friday, Police Say

WAYNE, N.J. — Traffic remained clear at Black Oak Ridge Road and Pompton Plains Crossroad in Wayne after a water main break Friday morning, police said.

The break occurred at about 7:30 a.m. but did not disrupt traffic, Police Capt. Laurence Martin said.

"The township was addressing it quickly," Martin said, adding that it was "not expected to adversely impact homes or business."
