Married disabled man touched 13-year-old, cops say

A 52-year-old Paterson man inappropriately touched a 13-year-old from Lodi and is now sitting in jail as a result, authorities said this morning.

Ulises R. Sanchez, who is married and disabled, is charged with sexual assault and child endangerment. He’s being held on $125,000 cash bail at the Bergen County Jail.
