A faculty member at the Lyncrest School reported the fraudulent charges, which were traced back to Proctor, Sgt. Richard Schultz said this morning.

Proctor, besides being charged with trespassing, now faces counts of burglary and credit card theft. He remains held on $10,000 bail in the Passaic County Jail.

Proctor, 38, of Fair Street in Paterson, was looking for something to steal when he followed someone into the school on Sept. 27, police said. He took off after being spotted but then turned up again on Oct. 21, they said.

The second time, they said, he lurked outside the school before taking off. But officers caught him nearby. SEE: Alert school staff leads police to ex-con
