Kelly Luterzo, a Lodi native who lives in Garfield, wasn’t wearing a seatbelt when she was stopped, records show.

Lodi police charged her with two counts of possession of prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was being held on $5,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.

Authorities said Luterzo sustained minor injuries on April 11 when her northbound car veered off Passaic Street, hit a light pole and then careened through a fence and a guard rail, dropping off the wall at Shopping Center Drive outside the Marshalls in Garfield (photo, above, by Kevin Teel).
