Members of the River Edge Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit arrested 30-year-old Grady Brown earlier today, Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.

Working for Loving Hands Home Health Care out of Paramus, Brown was caring for an adult in the home when he “touched the female in a sexual manner on a number of occasions,” the prosecutor said this afternoon.

Her mother called authorities, he said.

Brown, of Presidential Boulevard in Paterson, began working for the home health care company since March 2010 and was with the River Edge victim for about a year, Molinelli said.

He was being held on $150,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with aggravated criminal sexual contact and child endangerment.

Brown, who is single, had a Jan. 8 initial appearance scheduled in River Edge Municipal Court.
