One of them, 20-year-old Nahciir Bembow of Paterson, had 200 glassine envelopes of heroin for sale when officers grabbed him Friday the parking lot of the Pathmark on Broadway, Police Chief Michael Foligno said this afternoon.

He was charged with drug distribution and released on a court summons.

Officers on a roving surveillance a short time later busted two borough men — Gregory Solano, 19, and Charles Flanagan, 20 — after they caught the pair rolling a joint and carrying a small bag of marijuana behind the Walgreens, also on Broadway, Foligno said.

They, too, were released on summonses.

Shortly after 1 a.m., 22-year-old Angelina Soto of Lodi was charged with drug possession after officers said they found her carrying 20 bags of heroin during a stop on River Drive near the intersection of Kipp Ave.

A little over 45 minutes later, officers who stopped Dario Gimenez, 43, of Elmwood Park on West Street said they found him carrying eight bags of cocaine and six of heroin as well as nearly $1,500 in drug proceeds that they confiscated, the chief told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Gimenez was charged with possession with the intent to distribute both drugs.

He, like Soto, was released on a court summons.
