Nidal Nasser, 35, was arrested at his home, where a pellet gun also was seized, Elmwood Park Police Capt. Michael Foligno said.
Foligno said Nasser pointed the gun at the attendant just before 1 a.m. yesterday and fled with $160 in a Nissan Maximum owned by his mother.
Nasser — whose criminal history includes burglaries, weapons charges and an assault on a police officer — was being held on $50,000 in the Bergen County Jail, charged with robbery, theft and two weapons offenses, records show.
