The department “recognizes that many people become trapped in the cycle of substance abuse and are struggling for a way out,” Police Chief Michael Foligno said. “While we remain committed to our law enforcement mission, we are equally committed to doing our part to encourage people to get help.”
“It’s important to know that help is available,” he said.
