Ariel Paulino of Spanish Transportation was released on a summons to appear in Superior Court tomorrow on charges of illegal weapons possession and making terroristic threats following yesterday’s 6 p.m. incident.

“The bat was secured as evidence,” said BCPD Chief Brian Higgins.

Higgins said his officers responded to a call from a driver for Genesis Bus Lines and found both buses — which operate daily service between Paterson and the George Washington Bridge — parked on the highway near Forest Avenue.
