Deblasio took off when a Glen Rock police officer tried to pull him over near Goffle Road for a traffic violation, authorities said.

During the mile-and-a-half-pursuit, an officer apparently saw a bag of pot thrown out the driver’s window of Deblasio’s black Grand Am.

Officers from Hawthorne, Ridgewood, and Wyckoff joined the chase, which ended after Deblasio allegedly ditched the car in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Rock Road in Hawthorne and tried to make a run for it — unsuccessfully.

Deblasio, most recently of Bloomingdale, was charged with resisting arrest, attempting to elude police, three drug counts and tampering with evidence.

He was being held on $25,000 bail.
