Jason Frias, 22, of 19th Avenue, was being watched Tuesday night by detectives who suspected him of dealing in Bergen and Passaic counties when he “was observed participating in a drug transaction,” Molinelli said.

They seized a pound of cocaine in after stopping Frias’s car, then found more than an ounce and a half in  his apartment, the prosecutor said.

Frias was being held on $100,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with drug possession with the intent to distribute it.
