WAYNE, N.J. -- The perviously announced merger of Wayne-based Valley National Bancorp and CNLBancshares, Inc. of Orlando, Fla. has received all of the needed approvals the companies announced on Thursday.
Valley National Bank and CNLBancshares, a Florida company will merge in December.
