Little Falls Appoints Interim Municipal Judge

SOUTH PASSAIC, N.J. -- Toni Damiano has been appointed to serve as the interim municipal court judge for Little Falls while the state completes an investigation into the current judge, according to NorthJersey.com.

The Township Council appointed Damiano Sept. 21. She will serve during the investigation into how Judge Dolph Corradino disbursed money from a municipal court fund for enforcing drunk driving law, NorthJersey.com said.

Damian is a township resident and the owner of Damiano Law Office in Little Falls who practices matrimonial and family related law, reported NorthJersey.com

Corradino became the judge for Little Falls in 1993, but was suspended without pay in September and is barred from serving in any judicial capacity until the investigation is complete, NorthJersey.com said.
